MWC 2012 Rumour Roundup

The Mobile World Congress is the gathering of some 60,000 technophiliacs and industry specialists and been a great platform for companies to launch some astonishing devices over the past few years. Mobile tech has come to a point where it can pretty much do everything that we want to it do.. so now it’s the case doing it faster and in a more compact case. Or maybe it’s doing it in a cooler way....

‘Replacement’ LP-E8 Canon Batteries on eBay

So I recently purchased two batteries off eBay for my Canon EOS 600D. They’re fairly obviously not official replacements for the LP-E8 but I guess that goes with the territory. The seller claimed to be operating in England though it was fairly obvious that this was a Chinese operation! They must be running some sort of bulk import and local forwarding operation – I don’t have a problem...
